X Fest at Santa Pod Raceway
Saturday 5th to Monday 7th May 2012

X Fest is a new Extreme Sports Festival with contests for BMX, scooters, in-line skate and mountain bikes. Featuring park, street and dirt courses with competitions and public sessions on all courses, plus live music, fun fair, jet car, trade village, monster trucks, freestyle motocross and more.

Held over the May day bank holiday weekend, expect to see the best riders from around the globe competing to take the first ever XFest crowns in multiple disciplines with prize money going to the top 10 in each contest.

What's on at X Fest:

Sports
There will be competitions for BMX, Scooters, In-line Skate, Skateboard and Mountain Bikes with Park, Street and Dirt contests. More info on the Sports pages.

Public Courses
In between contests all courses will be open to the public.

Music
There will be 2 live music arenas at X Fest featuring some of the best up and coming musicians from the UK. Full details coming soon.

Saturday - Marquee - 8pm till 1am
Sidewinder will be providing a mix of UK hip hop, grime, dub step, reggae and drum and bass with live pa’s from some of the UK's hottest artists.

Freestyle Motocross
Some of the country's top FMX riders will be putting on displays each day.

Jet Car
The 270mph Fireforce 3 Jet Funny Car will be running on the dragstrip.

Fun Fair Rides
Fairground fun with dodgems, arcades, waltzers and more.

Trade Village
A variety of traders and exhibitors will be at X Fest.

Run What Ya Brung
The dragstrip will also be open for you to take your own car down the track with performance print outs! This is the cheapest track time in the UK - just £25 for unlimited runs. Details on the RWYB page.

Monster Truck Display
Santa Pod's resident monster truck Podzilla will out crushing cars.

Monster Truck Passenger Rides
Rides in the back of the monster truck Red Dragon will be available each day.
